    Review of Canadian Brass/Eastman CD

Beautiful music, well-performed, as usual for Canadian Brass and Eastman. However, I would like to hear more of Brass and less of Wind Ensemble.

    Classic Canadian Brass

This album is classic Canadian Brass ... innovative without being ostentatious; contemporary without being ridiculous; complete and fulfilling.

    sounds of NEW YORK

Posted by Cecile on 1st Oct 2015

Most of the tracks echo the sounds that you hear in New York. The hustle and bustle and energy of the city. However, the tracks that feature the Wind Ensemble are in a different category. It would have been better to separate the two styles and not put them under Manhattan. And as professional sounds are concerned the Wind Ensemble was a let down in Quality. Otherwise, the free music is good but not great.
