From the recent Canadian Brass recording Stars & Stripes comes this impressive setting of one of the most popular folk tunes to come out of the Civil War era. Trumpeter Brandon Ridenour found new and inventive ways to treat this timeless melody, and Michael Brown has effectively adapted it for full concert band.
