GRADE 3
Brass quintets are often used in church services, particularly during the Christmas and Easter seasons. The two famous and commonly used hymns Christ the Lord is Risen Today and Jesus Christ Has Risen Today have been arranged as an accompaniment for the original hymn. They are in the key that is most commonly found in hymn books from various denominations and could be used to replace the organ or play with the organ. There has been a trumpet descant arranged for each hymn that can be played on the final verse.
