Flex for Three - Performer Editions

The new Canadian Brass Flex for Three series features a collection of 11 trio arrangements, including 2 Suites, of Canadian Brass hits along with many other familiar classical favorites. These newly arranged grade 2-3.5 flex trios can be performed by any three instruments and focus on teaching critical listening and performing skills while encouraging real collaboration between players. By incorporating the special Canadian Brass DNA, these arrangements are fun to play, enjoyable for players and audiences alike, and are perfect for recitals, contests, and festival adjudications.

These arrangements are written to support all instruments and can be mixed and matched in countless ways. Any Flex for Three instrumental book can be used with any other Flex for Three book in any combination of instruments. Within each trio, the melody is evenly distributed between each part, with all musicians being treated as equal partners. Because of this, critical listening skills are developed as players work to match tonal quality, balance, and style.

PERFORMER EDITIONS include all three trio parts for every song in the collection written in a particular instrument key. We also have EDUCATOR PAKS available that you would order by title and would contain every instrument key available for that piece.
