Not for the faint of heart, being in A Concert and including an A piccolo part, this Frackenpohl arrangement is a Canadian Brass original. It is not technically difficult but the tessitura is high and can be a challenge depending where it is programmed. A C trumpet part for the 2nd player would help eliminate some fun fingering adventures in B Major. But don’t we all need those adventures once in awhile? Every quintet book should include this Mozart.
