Albinoni's Adagio is one of the most beautiful, transcendent melodies ever written. This is Caleb Hudson's transcription of the piece, as seen on his YouTube video performance. Although the transcription is intended for piccolo trumpet, there is an optional Bb Trumpet/Flugelhorn part included which may substitute for piccolo trumpet and also the piano score and optional cello part.

Albinoni Adagio for Trumpet
A big thank you to Caleb Hudson for transcribing this work for today's trumpeters. Also for providing the option to perform, not only on piccolo trumpet, but also on Bb trumpet or flugelhorn. Each option will certain find its own application for the performing musician. The optional addition of the cello part is excellent and adds depth to the normal trumpet/piano combination. The optional cut, especially for performing on piccolo, is appreciated, although, if one can not play it all, better to just not do it on the picc, please.

Albinoni ADAGIO in D Minor
This is simply lovely and a wonderful piccolo solo edition. After hearing Caleb Hudson so masterfully perform it on You Tube I knew I had to have it.
