15 Hymns for mixed brass
We just got out second set of those. We have loaned out our other set. We also have them Christmas version. These books are very useful. Well written not difficult but sound very nice. Different skill levels can blend with those. The keyboard book its vital like a hymnal. Quartets of the same instruments or mixed group can join in. No transposition risks so keeps thing safe and simple. We are in a Hymnfest this weekend and your books are the show. Should be in any church brass groups library.

Essentials for church brass groups
We have used this hymn collection and the Christmas set countless times. We can add any instruments to the ad hoc groups with extra copies of the keyboard book. Flutes and other join in as well as clarinets reading the trumpet parts and cello on the TB parts. They hold up with or without organ or piano. Not much prep time needed either. Very playable but not too simple. We love the alternate verse and the descent parts. All we say is there are Canadian Brass books. It all makes sense and good music.

Great collection
This series offers alot- flexibility of instrumentation, easy but good sounding arrangements, use with or without congregational singing, variation verse, and optional descant trumpet part, most popular seasonal music (checkout their Christmas Carols series too)! Thank you Canadian Brass for creating this series for groups to use! Great job- a series every band or brass group should have in their library!
